A lecture of Ambassador of Armenia to Brazil Armen Yeganian at the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Brasília

Armen Yeganian, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Federative Republic of Brazil, delivered a lecture at the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Brasília — one of Brazil’s leading academic institutions. In his remarks, Ambassador Yeganian presented the rich history and cultural heritage of Armenia, outlined the country’s ongoing economic, democratic, and institutional reforms, and provided an overview of the current security situation surrounding Armenia.

The Ambassador also highlighted the rapid development of Armenia’s innovative sectors and spoke about distinctive aspects of Armenian culture. He underscored the significance of the agreement initialed between Armenia and Azerbaijan on August 8, 2025, witnessed by President of the United States, aimed at establishing lasting peace in the South Caucasus.

During the event, the Ambassador introduced the Government of Armenia’s “Crossroads of Peace” initiative to students and experts in attendance.
