Ambassador of Armenia to the Republic of Colombia Armen Yeganian presented his credentials to the President of Colombia Gustavo Petro

In Bogota, at the Nariño Palace, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Colombia (residence in Brasilia) Armen Yeganian presented his credentials to the President of Colombia Gustavo Petro, becoming the first accredited Ambassador of Armenia to Colombia.

During a short conversation following the official ceremony, Armen Yeganian conveyed to President Petro the warm greetings from the President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan.

Earlier in the day, Ambassador Yeganian presented copies of his credentials to Colombia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rosa Yolanda Villavicencio, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
